This hands-on approach sets our position apart from traditional digital platform management, empowering you to have a tangible impact on shaping the hackathon experience.</p><p>This is your chance to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, collaborate with a diverse team, and be at the forefront of the AI industry in the Middle East.</p><br>Responsibilities<ul><li>Managing online and offline events though the platform which ownership belongs to you</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements, features, and enhancements.</li><li>Create and manage a product backlog, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely delivery while keeping in mind schedule of online and offline events.</li><li>Coordinate with the development team to implement new features and resolve technical issues.</li><li>Conduct user research and gather feedback to understand user needs and improve the platform.</li><li>Upload and manage events on the Labab.me platform, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.</li><li>Monitor and analyze website and page performance, identifying areas for improvement.</li><li>Implement effective SEO strategies to enhance visibility and attract a larger audience.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies.</li><li>Provide training and support to users, ensuring a seamless experience on the Labab.me platform.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote Labab.me and drive user engagement.</li></ul><br>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.</li><li>Experience as an event Project Manager (MENA region being a plus)</li><li>Strong technical skills to manage and upload events on the Labab.me platform.</li><li>Familiarity with event management tools, content management systems, and web technologies.</li><li>Excellent organizational and project management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.</li><li>Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret user feedback and data.</li><li>Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies is a plus.</li><li>Fluent in English and Arabic languages</li></ul><br>Benefits<ul><li>Generous PTO</li><li>Employee stock option plan</li><li>The opportunity to develop and improve your competences within interesting projects</li><li>Great freedom in making decisions</li><li>Working with the most modern toolset</li><li>Working in fast-growing company</li></ul><br>About Us<ul><li>NewNative is an ecosystem supporting the generation of AI native companies.
