A hub for coffee lovers.</li><li><u>Miran </u>(miran.sa) – stainless steel factory, supporting our commercial kitchen projects, but also engineering new lines of products for the oil and gas industry.</li><li><u>Brodan </u>(brodan.co) – our cooling and refrigeration brand, developing and manufacturing a full line of refrigeration products – from small refrigerated display cases to large, industrial cold rooms.</li><li><u>Spherey </u>(spherey.com) – a mobile platform revolutionizing the way technical service is provided in the F&B industry, creating a marketplace for independent and freelance technicians.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p>The main role of a product development manager (PDM) is to oversee the process of creating or improving products from start to finish, working with a team to ensure that the products meet customer needs and business goals. The PDM plays a key role in identifying new opportunities for developing a new feature or product from concept to delivery to meet customers’ needs better. The PDM takes the lead on researching, assessing, and coordinating a new product’s build, and manages the technical development of the product. The PDM works closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to build the product or the solution, and collaborates with designers, developers, testers, and other teams to identify and build a solution for a user problem.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Along with product owners, develop product development strategies that align with company goals and customer needs.</li><li>Collaborate with design and engineering teams to create product concepts and MVPs.</li><li>Present new ideas/opportunities to product owners and stakeholders.</li><li>Assess the viability of new products and, once in development, ensure that they continue to solve customer problems.</li><li>Manage and coordinate product development projects by focusing on technical feasibility, design optimization, and production issues.</li><li>Generate product requirements and ensure that the products meet customer needs and business goals.</li><li>Own a backlog of problems that need to be solved, prioritize them, and scope them before passing them off to the product development team.</li><li>Perform product demonstrations to customers.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Required skills and qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Proven track record of at least 2 years of managing software product development projects, delivering successful software products to market or internal customers.</li><li>A solid understanding of technical concepts and the ability to work with engineers, designers and software developers</li><li>A solid Knowledge of B2B business principles.</li><li>A solid Knowledge of e-commerce business principles.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.</li><li>A keen eye for detail to ensure the quality and accuracy of product requirements.</li><li>Fluent in English – reading & writing.</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work efficiently to meet project timelines</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Desired skills and qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Solid knowledge in development methodologies (agile, waterfall, Kanban… etc.)</li><li>Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions</li><li>Experience with B2B marketing campaigns.</li><li>Knowledge of the Saudi ecommerce market</li><li>E-commerce work Experience</li><li>Experience in utilizing web analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics)</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What you can expect:</strong></p><ul><li>Company culture: We are a collaborative and supportive company where everyone is encouraged to share their ideas.
