<p><strong>MAIN FUNCTIONS:</strong></p><ul><li> Develop Electrical products lines via adding new products and suppliers across available markets.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><p><strong><em>Product Development</em></strong></p><ul><li>Perform ongoing product development research through participation in international fairs, monitoring of competition, industry trends, specific market needs, and direct contact with existing Identify and recommend new products.</li><li>Determine products specifications and features.</li><li>Coordinate with MARCOM Department launching of new products, and management of suppliers’ promotional budgets.</li><li>Organize internal workshop to promote new products to other concerned departments and operating entities.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><em>Stock Management </em></strong></p><ul><li>Manage stocks and ensure that they are maintained at optimal levels according to sales volumes.</li><li>Negotiate prices with suppliers and place orders through Import Department.</li><li>Prepare price list (in case of price modification from supplier) and send it to senior management for approval.</li><li>Audit by spot check the stock in the warehouse.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><em>Customer Relations Management</em></strong></p><ul><li>In all interactions with third parties and existing or potential customers, promotes the image of the company by demonstrating professionalism, reliability and technical knowledgeableness, and upholds the high standards of the company.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><em>Sales Support</em></strong></p><ul><li>Assist other departments and operating entities in preparing quotations and submittals regarding his department’s related products, and ensure they are made in conformity with the company’s policy.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><em>Target Setting &amp; Achievement</em></strong></p><ul><li>Set the pricing policy for his department’s product range in coordination with the Sales &amp; Business Development Director, and ensure timely preparation and delivery of price lists.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><em>Market Feedback &amp; Reporting</em></strong></p><ul><li>Monitor Gazzaoui’s performance and positioning in available markets.</li><li>Provide market feedback regarding customer needs, customer satisfaction, pricing and competition.</li><li>Provide regular activity reports.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><em>Staff Management</em></strong></p><p>Set up the yearly plan and budget for his/her department, and submit to the GM for review and approval.</p><p>Manage expenses attached to his/her department and ensure they are within the set budget.</p><p> </p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p><ul><li>Master’s in Business Administration (with emphasis on Marketing). Engineering Degree (Electrical) is a plus.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>EXPERIENCE:</strong></p><ul><li>At least 10 years of experience in sales management, out of which a minimum of 4 years in a supervisory position.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>COMPETENCIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong understanding of market dynamics and requirements.</li><li>Ability to manage tasks and time to meet deadlines.</li><li>Analytical mind / Decision maker.</li><li>Thorough negotiator and problem solver.</li><li>Excellent communicator.</li><li>Accountable &amp; responsible</li><li>Marketing oriented.</li><li>Risk conscious.</li><li>Technical Skills: Computer literate including knowledge of MS Office.</li><li>Languages: Read, speak, and write Arabic and English. French is an asset.</li></ul><p></p>
