Job Description

A reputable Company located in Amaret Chalhoub is seeking to recruit a Product Developer.

Main Duties:

  • Provide timely to BDM the competition and trend scouting section of new products Category Presentations.

  • Provide a 360-degree data compilation of the category.

  • Handle the logistics related to focus group sessions and report facts.

  • Execute quantitative studies and perform related analysis.

  • Scout for online packaging of product.

  • Analyze the competitions’ activities and initiatives.

  • Read industrial trends related Newsletters, news, and website then submit a monthly report and highlight opportunities.

  • Cross link gathered info and share insights with concerned members.

  • Create and manage a consumer database to facilitate and enrich the data gathering process.

  • Ensure the accurate and timely testing and validation of product formulas.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any relevant field. Master’s Degree is a plus.

  • 3 plus years of experience in a related field, mainly in an FMCG industry.

  • Proven experience with design software such as SOLIDWORKS and Autodesk.

  • Ability to work within a team.

  • Strong creative-thinking abilities.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Fluent in English.
