Job Description

  • Directs the local suppliers’ relationship and Implements the Group Purchasing strategy, toward achieving KPIs’.
  • Establish and maintain effective partnerships with key stakeholders aimed at identifying, understanding and fulfilling their requirements
  • Develop partnership relationships with suppliers.
  • Develop and maintain category strategies to meet business objectives (e.g. best cost, quality, service, resilience.)
  • Ensure category strategy aligns with existing and future needs
  • Assist to establish vendor life-cycle strategy to oversee planning, sourcing and selection of new vendors, negotiate and manage data for vendor performance.
  • Locate vendors for materials, equipment or supplies.
  • Process approved requisitions, prepare purchase orders and send copies to vendors and to originating departments.
  • Monitor status of requisitions, contracts, and orders.

Searching for a qualified, and reliable Indirect Procurement candidates with at least 4 years this role is responsible for the development and implementation of strategic initiatives within an assigned portfolio of indirect sourcing categories, which may include all commercial services.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 4 + years relevant experience in buying
  • Strong problem solving, technical skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English
  • Preferably Oracle user
