Job Description:
- Manage the procurement, logistics, and project accounting throughout the lifecycle of an FF&E design project including engagement with design staff at various phases of work including the OS&E selection, specification, and installation phases.
- Ensure accurate pricing of OS&E goods, create and process purchase orders, and will manage and coordinate the OS&E procurement and installation process
- Collaborates and assists the design team during the design and development of FF&E concepts relating to selection and specification of operating supplies and equipment (appliances, decorative materials, accessories and styling) according to standards and budget guidelines.
- Assists the operating team in the assigned concepts related to the selection of operating supplies for the room and operations process.
- Handling all activities related to the bid process, requirements for quotes, processing of purchase orders and payment approvals.
- Adheres to project budgets and schedules, standard practices, and review OS&E resources to ensure alignment with design intent
- Provides scheduled reports to various team members noting status of purchase orders, shipping, and delivery from source to the site.
- Maintains and provides detailed budget reports and updates to the project team throughout a project.
- Coordinates delivery, and installation of procurement orders with various delivery and installation teams.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in NY RELATED FIELD
- 3-5 years of experience
- Excellent English
Computer Skills:
- 3+years of experience in procurement / foreign purchasing ( Specially in hotels F&B + Operation Items )
- Excellent using of MOS
- ERP is a plus
