<strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Assist in forecasting and budgeting for company materials and equipment. </li><li> Research and identify prospective suppliers. </li><li> Meeting suppliers, preparing proposals, requesting quotes, and negotiating purchase terms and conditions. </li><li> Prepares procurement documents (i.e., Contracts, Amendments, Renewals, agreements, etc.) </li><li> Managing departments and outsource operation and engineering needs in finding suppliers, maintain a good relationship and ensuring over all deliverables are in timely and appropriate manner. </li><li> Inspecting and evaluating the quality of purchased items and resolving shortcomings. </li><li> Develop and maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers. </li><li> Preparing reports and maintaining accurate procurement records. </li><li> Ensure the company procurement needs, and cycle are covered in a timely and cost-effective manner. </li><li> Complying with the company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. </li></ul> <strong>Qualifications</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Negation skills. </li><li> Problem solving and analytical skills. </li><li> Communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li> Time management skills. </li><li> Organizational skills. </li><li> Multi-tasking skills. </li><li> Attention to detail. </li><li> Familiarity with procurement fundamentals. </li><li> Strong knowledge of the industry and market conditions.</li></ul>
