<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li><span>Coordinate with procurement to formulate the standard procurement process and procedures.</span></li><li><span>provide the focal point with operations to facilitate and expedite the procurement process and procedures.</span></li><li><span>Design the procurement dashboard by identifying the key performance indicators (KPIs) that should be highlighted.</span></li><li><span>Engaging in the project start-up to coordinate with the project manager and procurement manager to set up a procurement plan.</span></li><li><span>Facilitating the management of supplier and contractual risk and measuring all aspects of supplier performance, initiating remedial actions whenever and wherever necessary.</span></li><li><span>Market research, Assessing the options for meeting the objective need</span>.</li><li><span>Communication With both external suppliers and company executives</span>.</li><li><span>Cost analysis, Integral to any buyer-seller relation</span>.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirement: </strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li><span>3 Years of experience in Event or Construction field</span></li><li><span>Bachelor’s degree in related field</span></li><li><span>Communication skills</span></li><li><span>Fluent in English (spoken and written)</span></li><li><span>Microsoft Office Proficient</span></li><li><span>Expert in visualization software</span></li><li><span>Good experience in the procurement process</span></li><li><span>self-awareness</span></li><li><span>self-regulation </span></li><li><span>The ability to form networks with people from various cultures and nationalities. </span></li></ul><p><br></p>
