<strong>Role Purpose: </strong><p><br></p>The Procurement Specialist at Strategy, Planning &amp; Delivery would be responsible to anchor the procurement process for NEOM marketing and communications function by working closely with NEOM Procurement team.<p><br></p><strong> Key Responsibilities: </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Support Entity Marketing and Communications teams for coordination with legal, procurement and HR teams for agency selection, procurement, master framework agreement development and onboarding Agencies </li><li> Understand the service requirements and vendor selection criteria from the proponent team within NEOM Marketing and Communications community </li><li> Support the stakeholders across NEOM Marketing and Communications community to draft the RFP document to include all requirements while adhering to the template and standards defined by NEOM Procurement team </li><li> Collate and conduct preliminary review of vendor submissions; and share with stakeholders across NEOM Marketing and Communications community </li><li> Develop and maintain direct relationships with vendors to ensure that the marketing organization receives the best possible prices and terms. </li><li> Act as the key contact between stakeholders across NEOM Marketing and Communications community and NEOM procurement to keep track of progress and actions needed for every purchase request </li><li> Collaborate with NEOM Procurement team to ensure NEOM Marketing and Communications team adheres to required processes and compliance while achieving the business objective </li><li> Prepare reports and maintain accurate and updated procurement records </li><li> Support Marketing and Communications Enablement specialist with the development and implementation of agency ecosystem management </li><li> Stay appraised of market trends and assess the potential impact on the marketing organization’s procurement activities. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Skills and Experience:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Minimum of 2 years of work experience in marketing procurement </li><li> Excellent understanding of procurement processes </li><li> Knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices </li><li> Familiarity with market trends and the impact on procurement activities </li><li> Strong organizational, time-management and communication skills </li><li> Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills </li><li> Strong collaboration skills and negotiation skills </li><li> Excellent English verbal and written skills </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Qualifications:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Procurement, Supply chain or related field </li><li> Relevant industry qualifications/ certifications</li></ul>
