Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Procurement Manager to oversee all aspects of our procurement process in the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials, supplies, equipment and services required for the construction projects. The Procurement Manager will work closely with project managers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality materials and services while maintaining cost-effectiveness and compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Identify potential suppliers and evaluate their products, services and pricing.
• Negotiate contracts, terms and conditions with suppliers to achieve the best possible value for the company.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify areas of potential cost savings.
• Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company policies.
• Develop and implement processes to improve procurement efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Prepair reports and presentations on procurement activities for management review.
• Manage the procurement team and provide guidance, training and support as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in procurement management in the construction industry
• Strong negotiation, communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of procurement laws and regulations in the construction industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and management skills
