Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure procurement is fully engaged with all business units and continue to build procurement Awareness.
Improve communication and ensure company alignment with policy and producers
Distributing the workload of the team to ensure optimizing full potential of department
Build relationship with suppliers and establish credit terms
Handle escalated issues with Suppliers
Ensure all internal approvals are in place prior to issuing purchase to suppliers
Ensure all purchase orders issued are matched with invoices and all relevant paperwork
Manage the quotation for all the purchase requests of all MBC Masr departments.
Prepare monthly report by collating departments operational performance against targets
Continuously improve procurement services, performance measures and ensure that procurement staff do the same.
