We are present on four continents and are headquartered in Oslo, Norway.<p><br></p><strong> Main purpose of position </strong><p><br></p>Currently we are looking for a <strong>Procurement & Logistics Manager</strong> in Tunis to be part of our global team working together towards our vision – <strong>Improving our future.</strong> As our Procurement & Logistics Manager you will provide a procurement and logistics management service to the relevant business unit through frequent reporting and ensuring that goods are delivered on time, within budget and compliant with procurement policies and within the expected quality requirements.<p><br></p><strong>Main Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Operating System: p rovide continuous input towards improvement and optimization of the operating system; s uccessfully implement the operating system throughout the structuring and execution phase of the Project </li><li> Structuring Phase of projects: r esponsible for all project RFP’s, evaluations, recommendations, and final procurement strategy; s upport negotiations with Suppliers and Contractors and prepare final draft contracts in coordination with the legal team; c ompile a nd manage the Procurement Package Plan </li><li> Delivery/execution phase: e nsure that all contracts are signed, filed, distributed to relevant parties and managed according to the agreed provisions; a dvise the Pr oject Manager of potential contract breaches and manage assigned project risks; e nsure that all spare parts are ordered and delivered in accordance with the EPC spare parts list </li><li> Procurement Compliance: i mplemen t procurement policy and procedure for the respective countries; c onduct the audit of the implementation of procurement policy and procedure; e nsure the implementation of local content and economic development commitments under procurement </li><li> Strategic procurement: r esponsible for procurement of assets including spare parts, request proposals, evaluate, negotiate, conclude, and contract service agreements and supply accounts; m anage the warranty claims on behalf of EPC </li><li> Local Project Supply Chain Team Leader: s trong ability to lead a local team of supply chain resources for the project; s trong ability to strategically lead and establish a project supply chain function and endorse such strategy within the wider Scatec team and position the administration to align to such strategy </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Qualifications And Competencies</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> University Degree Supply Chain Management or Engineering + master of Business Administration (Legal, Financial or Quantity Surveying qualification as advantage) </li><li> 5+ years’ experience in Supply Chain management on related Projects including 2+ years’ experience in a managerial position (3+ years’ experience in renewable energy construction projects as advantage) </li><li> Wind experience (execution exposure) is a must have. </li><li> Knowledge and experience in Wind Projects, Wind related Contracts, indemnity </li><li> Excellent knowledge in Excel, MSWord, and PowerPoint </li><li> Good understanding of accounting systems like SAP / D365 </li><li> Should be available and accustomed to travel internationally to 3rd world and other countries </li><li> Speak and write English fluently along with French. </li><li> Analytical, presentation and report writing skills </li><li> Understand and have sufficient knowledge of how an integrated business model works; the value chain within renewable energy projects </li></ul><p><br></p><strong> Personal characteristics </strong><p><br></p>It is part of every employees’ terms of reference to contribute to Scatec’s vision: Improving our Future and adhere to our company values which are:<p><br></p><ul><li> Predictable : demonstrate clear communication and listening skills, shares information in an open and honest way </li><li> Driving results: demonstrate determination, pro-activeness, can prioritise and work independently </li><li> Changemaker: demonstrate entrepreneurship, can challenge, fast learner, take initiates and adjust </li><li> Working together: demonstrate teamwork, shares responsibilities, can compromise, has a can-do attitude </li></ul><p><br></p><strong> We offer </strong><p><br></p>Scatec is an exciting, innovative and ambitious company operating in a growing industry.
