<ul><li>Assume a pivotal role as a Procurement Engineer, responsible for the efficient and cost-effective procurement of materials and services for commercial projects, demonstrating expertise in sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management.</li><li>Possess a comprehensive understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and CIVIL materials, enabling informed decision-making and accurate evaluation of supplier proposals and specifications.</li><li>Leverage prior experience in contracting, specifically in the realm of interior fit-out, to collaborate with project teams effectively, architects, and contractors in identifying project requirements and sourcing materials that meet design specifications and quality standards.</li><li>Utilize technical background and expertise in procurement and material handling to assess technical specifications, evaluate suppliers capabilities, and ensure compatibility between materials and project requirements.</li><li>Develop and implement procurement strategies and procedures, considering project timelines, budgetary constraints, and quality objectives, while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.</li><li>Conduct thorough market research and supplier evaluations to identify potential vendors, assessing their track record, financial stability, and capacity to deliver materials and services on time and within budget.</li><li>Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and finance, to align procurement activities with project milestones, ensuring timely material availability and supporting uninterrupted project progress.</li><li>Negotiate and establish favorable terms and conditions with suppliers, striving to optimize cost savings, secure timely deliveries, and maintain high-quality standards.</li><li>Implement robust supplier relationship management practices, fostering strong partnerships, monitoring supplier performance, and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise during the procurement process.</li><li>Maintain accurate procurement records, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier documentation, ensuring transparency, accountability, and audit compliance.</li></ul><p><br></p>
