Primary Roles and Responsibilities
– Identify, solicit and select reliable contractors to supply consultant, specialty and construction services to support project execution.
– Negotiate terms & conditions, prepare contracts, and support Sub-contracts Manager to monitor contractor performance and delivery of services to meet objectives.
– Review agreed approvals and supporting documentation for payment of invoices to ensure the required services to Worley and its customers.
– Support the Senior Contracts Specialists in delivery of their requirement
– Support preparation of RFQs and coordinate the process of technical and commercial evaluation
– Reviewing and recommending contractors change requests and claims
– Manage and maintain effective and accurate records of all project contractual and commercial documentation;
– Ensure management costs reports are properly prepared that accurately reflect the actual and budget position of projects
– Analyzing and reporting on consultants and contractors cost reports, cash flows and monthly and weekly reports
– Review and recommend payments for contractors
