Join a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversity<br><br><strong><u>Key Responsibilities<br></u></strong><ul><li>Purchasing execution – Tactical creation of purchase orders based on planner’s demand forecast and requisitions.</li><li>Places purchase orders with approved suppliers per appropriate agreements.</li><li>Invoice discrepancies – Immediately resolves all issues relating to invoices on hold.</li><li>Conducts negotiations of purchase value and terms on spot buys, site unique suppliers and/or commodities not currently covered under existing agreements.</li><li>Manages purchasing system alerts (e.g., invoice, quantity, etc.).</li><li>Work on the improvement of the supplier Performance and Other KPY’s ( OTTR, PO Health …..)</li><li>Acts as liaison between factory operations, suppliers, and sourcing organization.</li><li>Submits and continually updates forecasts provided by production planners.</li><li>Processes Engineering Change Requests.</li><li>Complies with all approved sourcing processes and policies.</li><li>Works with the Regional Purchasing Manager to drive continuous improvement activities and best practices across the tactical team to achieve daily efficiency improvements and achieving ISC metrics.</li><li>Stays up to date in systems and technology capabilities and support the deployment of system improvements.</li><li>Supports NPI initiatives in collaboration with engineering and sourcing.<br></li></ul>YOU MUST HAVE<br><ul><li>2 years’ minimum experience within procurement & buying.</li><li>Extensive experience using SAP, and Excel</li><li>Communication and Interpersonal – crisp verbal skills for velocity plus effective listening skills; effective facilitation and presentation skills; demonstrates high energy and models behavior.</li><li>Understanding of product life cycle</li><li>Understanding of industrial, or manufacturing industry segments<br></li></ul>WE VALUE<br><ul><li>Knowledge of purchasing system</li><li>Strong communication skills and a team player</li><li>Good organizational – ability to prioritize and do problem solving.</li><li>Limited experience in a purchasing environment</li><li>English fluent, any other language is a plus.</li><li>Negotiation skills</li><li>Minimal knowledge of procurement/sourcing<br></li></ul>Additional Information<br><ul><li>JOB ID: HRD197582</li><li>Category: Procurement</li><li>Location: ZI de Dar Chaabane El Fehri, Route de Beni Khiar,Nabeul,NABEUL,8011,Tunisia</li><li>Exempt</li></ul><li></li> Global (ALL)
