Job Role – Procurement and Contract Specialist (Travel Management background)<br><br><strong><u>Job Details<br></u></strong><ul><li>The Travel Management professional is responsible for setting, monitoring and continuously improves the firm’s travel processes including travel-related vendor management and introduction of new technology and innovation. </li><li>Analyses travel spend trends and other benchmark data to recommend appropriate spend thresholds for travel spend.</li><li> Manages the implementation and amendments of Travel Expense policy and travel principles with the Operations team / EA’s.</li><li>To draft Contracts in accordance with Best Practices and Mature Risk Management Frameworks and prepare Contract Amendment Forms as per the agreed changes to the Contract.</li><li>To negotiate and manage all contracts and agreements for assigned commodities.</li><li>To manage the Contract and the commercial relationship with service providers throughout the term of the Contract.</li><li>To establish, approve and review terms and condition of the Contracts with the Internal Legal Department.</li><li>To establish Contract Management procedures to monitor supplier’s performance and activities to reduce unforeseen risks, relating to the delivery of the Contracted services.</li><li>To ensure that all parties to the Contract meet their obligation in satisfactory manner.</li><li>To initiate remedial action in the event of unsatisfactory Contract performance. To commence contracts renewal procedures and prepare Contract Amendments.</li><li>To take responsibility for resolving any queries or issues related to contracts. To build, support and maintain effective working relationships with Buyers.</li></ul>
