<strong>A Snapshot of Your Day</strong><p><br></p>We are seeking a talented and experienced Process Manager to join our PE PMO Team at Siemens Energy. As a Process Manager, you will play a critical role in defining, documenting, standardizing, harmonizing, communicating, optimizing, and verifying project management (PM) processes within Siemens Energy, considering PE@SE and ISO Standards. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders such as local Process Managers, regional PM organizations, project teams, and governing departments, as well as external stakeholders such as process management organizations of external companies, institutes, universities, and process management companies, to drive process excellence and continuous improvement.<p><br></p><strong>How you’ll make an impact?</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Identify synergies in PM processes with the Business Areas (BAs) and align specific PM processes within the Siemens Energy Organization;</li><li>Collaborate with neighboring processes of other interconnected org units (such as Procurement, Finance, Logistic, Engineering, Quality and EHS, Documentation and Scheduling) to ensure effective interface management;</li><li>Implement PM Standard Group ISO 21500 for PE and the BAs and, if applicable, implement ISO 15288 to fulfill customer requirements for transmission projects;</li><li>Integrate business/portfolio-specific processes into the Siemens Energy Process House and align and rebuild process models;</li><li>Update and maintain process-related documentation, templates, manuals, and descriptions;</li><li>Plan, coordinate, and execute process-related communication and training activities for employees;</li><li>Support projects during negotiations and execution in process-related matters;</li><li>Continuously develop and update existing processes and descriptions based on Lessons Learned, updates of standards and instructions, findings from Audits, revisions, and improvement suggestions;</li><li>Contribute to the concepts and further development of PM tools and maintain interactive additional platforms, such as WIKI, Share Point, and SEPH.<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>What you bring?</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Professional experience in solution business within the energy industry;</li><li>Project management or process management experience, with a focus on full project life-cycle (sales and execution);</li><li>Intercultural experience, working with diverse teams;</li><li>Educational background in business or a related field;</li><li>Strong conflict management skills, with the ability to handle complaints and disputes;</li><li>Excellent relationship building and networking skills to establish positive relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders;</li><li>Leadership and people management skills to effectively navigate in teams and deliver long-term results;</li><li>Stakeholder and customer relationship management skills to optimize relationships and build strong partnerships;</li><li>Analytical approach and problem-solving skills to address work-related issues and develop solutions;</li><li>Strategic thinking skills to generate unique business insights and opportunities;</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;</li><li>Entrepreneurial mindset to challenge the status quo and find opportunities;</li><li>Resilience to withstand and recover quickly from unexpected or difficult conditions;</li><li>Intercultural skills to understand and effectively respond to different cultural affinities;</li><li>Digital, Technical &amp; Functional Skills:<br></li></ul><p><br></p>oAdvanced process optimization skills, focusing on productivity, operational excellence, cost awareness, and simplification methods;<p><br></p>oAdvanced change management skills to support organizational change.<p><br></p><strong>About The Team</strong><p><br></p>The PE PMO Team is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects across PE Portfolio and on behalf of all Business Areas within Siemens Energy.
