Process Safety Engineer
Job Description
<ul><li>Collecting and reporting KPIs for each of the PSM program’s elements.</li><li>Facilitate risk assessments for MOC’s, Continued Operation with abnormal conditions, and critical maintenance activities.</li><li>Lead and participate in Investigations of Process Safety Incidents and categorize severity of the incidents based on company guidelines and API 754.</li><li>Perform internal audits of elements of PSM program and coordinate with third parties during external PSM audits.</li><li>Develop criteria for determining Process Safety Critical devices as well guidelines for defeating these critical devices.</li><li>Serve as PSM SME on HAZOP Re validation exercises.</li><li>Serve as Process Safety representative on projects for ensuring Quality Assurance. </li><li>Participate in PSSRs and verify Operational Readiness after major maintenance or turnaround activities.</li><li>Provide subject matter expertise on Emergency Response and Crisis Management including considerations of consequence modeling analyses to advise on setting up of cold/hot zones in Emergency Response Plans. </li></ul><p><br></p>
