When you join our team, you’ll get encouraged to think boldly, express your viewpoint and innovate as a matter of habit.<br><br></em><strong>Your Role<br><br></strong><em>As a Process Engineer, you will play a key role in Aptiv , defining the plant’s equipment needs, to support engineering changes and new projects, and secondly, to ensure the acquisition, installation and validation of equipment according to the start-up schedule.<br></em><ul><li>Ensure the definition of the machine requirement (preparation cutting) for any new project as well as the budget necessary to issue the IR.</li><li>Lead the team in the installation, validation and continuous improvement actions on the components (Quality, volume, cost) of the processes (cutting and lead preparation).</li><li>Ensure the availability of equipment at the SOP by making the necessary anticipations (alert suppliers, GSM and the MEC…).</li><li>Prepare all documentation concerning newly integrated machines. </li><li>Contribute to the choice of suppliers for the purchase of equipment for the means of production. </li><li>Prepare the Capacity Studies (cutting, preparation, Pagodas, preconditions) monthly and ensure that they are updated.</li><li>Check the inventory status of equipment (cutting, preparation). </li><li>Ensure effective and rapid feedback to the Process Owner in the event of a request for information.</li><li>Regularly attend technical conferences with plant departments (quality, reliability, maintenance, production, logistics).</li><li>Ensure the transfer of equipment under its responsibility in good working order.</li><li>Ensure the sharing of new POS procedures, and ensure their implementation in the factory. </li><li></li><li>Ensure that all technical issues raised by the plant are addressed, analyzed, and communicated to the MEC team and the local Owners process team to define appropriate technical solutions.</li><li>Follow up with the MEC, the local Owners process team and suppliers until the issues raised are resolved. </li><li>Ensure the development and execution of POS audit plans.</li><li>Ensure that the commitment file is communicated within the predefined deadline and that the Capex/Opex forecast is respected.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Your Background<br><br></strong><ul><li>You got a Master’s degree / Engineering Diploma in industrial engineering, electromechanics, mechatronics, mechanics, freshly graduated or with one year experience in the automotive industry or similar position.</li><li>You have a Good problem solving, adaptation and teamwork skills,</li><li>You have the Ability to work under stress and manage various projects.</li><li>You Speak French and English languages Fluently.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Why join us?<br><br></strong><ul><li>You can grow at Aptiv.
