Job Description

We are currently looking for <strong>Process Control </strong>which will be based in Mesaieed, Qatar.<p><br></p><em>The purpose of the role: To control the over consumption of materials and minimize the possible defect of the product that affect the quality.To control the over consumption of materials and minimize the possible defect of the product that affect the quality.</em><p><br></p>Job Responsibilities:<p><br></p><ul><li>Prepare work analysis reports collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends </li><li>Evaluate production process by conducting research program</li><li>Develops production process by studying product requirement, researching, designing, modifying and testing manufacturing method and equipment</li><li>Monitoring production progress and compliance with production standards</li><li>Analyzing and recommending action to improve the production efficiency</li><li>Maintain physical condition of production tools by inspecting any defects</li><li>Ensure acceptability of products by executing quality standards; conducting inspection, verifying test reports, analyzing record, reports and statistics</li><li>Perform any other related activities as may assigned</li></ul><p><br></p>Expected Results:<p><br></p><ul><li>Basically, the tasks as process controller has a big role with it comes to quality, it will contribute by ensuring the acceptability of product, executing quality standard and recommend action to improved production efficient and make into an economical manner.</li><li>Customer Satisfaction, good quality</li></ul><p><br></p>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<p><br></p><ul><li>A graduate of any Engineering course with minimum of 4-5 years work related experience in manufacturing company preferably cable company</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Shows strong initiative and adaptable to change</li><li>Has a capability to understand customers’ requirements and constraints (internally and externally)</li><li>Has a capability to objectively assess the degree of compliance to a referential or standard for a process or activity</li></ul>
