The result is</p><p>a push for liquidity by private company shareholders looking to sell their shares pre-IPO and</p><p>institutional and accredited investors wanting access to quality blocks. Venley Capital</p><p>facilitates this process by presenting exclusive US secondary market investment opportunities</p><p>for investors to buy into some of the world’s most promising privately held companies.</p><p><br></p><p>We have participated in transactions including Airbnb, SpaceX, Epic Games, Palantir</p><p>Technologies, Impossible Foods, Social Finance and Amplitude to name a few</p><p><br></p><p>We are seeking to partner with a <strong>UHNW/HNW Wealth Manager, Private Banker or</strong></p><p><strong>Family Office Investment Officer</strong> interested in exposing their existing network of clients or</p><p>investors to our exclusive US Pre-IPO investments.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Introduce Pre-IPO deal flow to existing and new network/clients base</li><li>Liaise and communicate investment memorandums and other deal specifics to</li><li>network/client base</li><li>Attend investment deal information seminars</li><li>Onboard new clients to grow your network of investors and client base</li><li>Manage and develop client relationships within your portfolio</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><strong><em>Must have your own existing book of UHNW clients/investors to be considered</em></strong></li><li><strong><em>(essential requirement)</em></strong></li><li>Minimum of 5 years experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking or</li><li>Investment Advisory.</li><li>Prior experience in placing clients/investors into investment opportunities</li><li>Strong relationships with your network/clients</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Remuneration is commission based with a performance bonus (OTE $300K – $3MN</li><li>per year)</li><li>Uncapped earning potential</li><li>Remote role</li><li>Ideally used as a side venture to existing employment/business ventures for additional income.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Please note:</strong></p><p><strong><em>If you met our criteria, we will contact you via LinkedIn to discuss next steps.</em></strong></p><p>Any application that does not fit the above criteria will be disregarded.</p>
