Job Description
Our Client is a consumer goods company seeking a Private Sector Sales Supervisor to help grow our private sector sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and marketing, as well as experience leading a team to success. The Private Sector Sales Supervisor will be responsible for managing and supporting the sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
- Manage and support the sales team including hiring, training, and coaching
- Develop sales plans and forecasts to guide sales efforts and ensure achievement of sales targets
- Drive key performance indicators such as win/loss ratios, average deal size, and sales velocity
- Create and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients within the private sector
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted sales campaigns
