<p><strong>MUST HAVE 4+ YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A COST ESTIMATOR IN OFFSET PRINTING </strong></p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p>Cost Estimation and Analysis:</p><ul><li>Review client project specifications, including quantity, size, materials, finishing options, and other relevant details.</li><li>Analyze the project requirements and estimate the costs of labor, materials, equipment, and overhead expenses.</li><li>Utilize industry knowledge and pricing databases to determine accurate cost estimates.</li><li>Consider production methods, production time, waste factors, and other variables to calculate production costs.</li></ul><p>Pricing and Quotation:</p><ul><li>Prepare detailed and competitive price quotations based on the cost estimates.</li><li>Collaborate with the sales team to understand pricing strategies, customer budgets, and market conditions.</li><li>Monitor and evaluate production costs throughout the project lifecycle, comparing actual costs to estimated costs.</li><li>Identify and analyze cost variances, investigating reasons for deviations from estimates.</li><li>Provide regular cost analysis reports to management, highlighting cost-saving opportunities and areas for improvement.</li><li>Collaborate with the sales and production teams to identify strategies for optimizing costs and improving profitability.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>SKILLS </p><ul><li>Proven experience as a cost estimator, in the printing industry.</li><li>Strong knowledge of printing processes, materials, and equipment.</li><li>Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy in cost calculations.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
