Our Client<br>Currently hiring a Principal Solutions Specialist with a Digital Transformation Company in Jeddah.<br>Your responsibilities will include;<br><ul><li>Reviews customer operations and performs needs assessment to identify business process improvement opportunities</li><li>Drives Digital Transformation Agenda and Strategy with Clients and maps them to their business needs</li><li>Develops a clear solution map with partners to address their needs and drives a growth strategy from a solution perspective to win top clients large projects (10x) including a strategy to win against competition solutions. </li><li>Prepares and present assessment findings to prospects and clients to validate sales opportunity and advance sales based on ROI. </li><li>Responds to functional and technical components of RFI’s and RFP’s to validate decision criteria. </li><li>Delivers functional solution demonstrations to persuade clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery. </li><li>Collaborates with account teams to support lead generation activities and to generate product collateral which supports the sales effort. </li><li>Builds and maintains a network and stay up to date on specific industry, regulatory and/or product knowledge. <br></li></ul><strong>Desired Skills And Experience<br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Social Science or Business, or equivalent experience. </li><li> Ability to present technologies as business solutions with competitive and hands-on knowledge. </li><li> Should possess strong understanding of key developments in the Digital Space, especially around CI-CD/DevOps, Data, Analytics, AI. </li><li>Ability to understand the needs of nontechnical customers, to conceptualize, launch and deliver technology enabled business change projects. </li><li>Leadership qualities and ability to coordinate physical and virtual resources and initiatives. </li><li>Experience in identifying and successfully executing on digital disruptions including quantified business outcomes. </li><li>Specialty skills including Enterprise Architecture, IT Portfolio Lifecycle Optimization, Organizational Design and Change Management, IT Governance, etc. </li><li> Proven history of successfully working effectively with cross-functional teams at varying resource levels, both internally and with customer organizations. </li><li>Extensive experience within related advisory services, management/technology consulting. </li><li> Minimum 5 years of Saudi experience preferred. <br></li></ul>Halian Group<br>With over 20 years of experience, we have come to understand that innovation is the only way to provide agile, practical solutions that transform businesses and careers.<br>Our resourcing and smart services help you to realize tomorrow’s potential.
