*The opportunity
You will have the opportunity to be an integral part of leading and shaping not only our wonderful students but one of our fabulous Primary KS2 Phase teams, taking a crucial role in supporting curriculum development, teaching and assessment practices and student achievement.
As a leader of teams, you will further foster a culture which is centred around commitment, enthusiasm and cooperation whilst ensuring the core values of DC permeate all aspects of life at Doha College Primary. You will lead an expanding phase team of approx. 14–16 class teachers and nearly 400 children and will play a significant role in contributing to the school’s ongoing strategic development as a member of the Primary Leadership team.
About you
The role would suit an inspirational teacher who has the ambition to play an active part in the development of a forward-thinking school. Candidates from the UK seeking their first overseas position or international teachers with experience of a British curriculum are encouraged to apply.
Strong leadership, management, communication and interpersonal skills should be accompanied by relevant leadership experience and the ability and commitment to deliver excellence in all aspects of our pastoral and ‘quality of education’ provision.
