Currently, we are currently looking for a passionate and energetic Pricing Specialist to be based in  Contract Logistics. In this role, the successful candidate will provide Assist the CL Commercial team to review , understand, analyze, calculate and submit pricing for existing and new business opportunities. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Ensure all enquiries from Customers, Network and Internal stakeholders are acknowledged and answered with the best in class rates and solutions within the required KPI’s and timelines. 
• Possessing high level of data analytical skills to analyze own and department performance metrics, identify trends, patters and synthesize information objectively from the pricing dashboard to reach tangible goals or outcomes that improve the quality of bid submissions 
• Utilizing Continuous Improvement methodologies by deploying structured process reviews, recognizing weaknesses and opportunities in the procurement and pricing process 
• Strive towards a zero error, improve on an all-encompassing, comprehensive, standardized Handover process of quotations/files to respective Operations & Bid management  team in place for all business awards. 
• Maintain all cost base for CL, including various factors eg Manpower, MHEs, Facility,etc. 
• Manage effective stakeholder communication plans by leading regular and proactive discussions with external and internal stakeholders, serving as the lead liaison between commercial owners and all other parties or SME’s whose input is required to complete the quotation response or win probability 
• Engage colleagues in new learnings, apply all key learnings and best practices so that they are used to effectively manage future quotations to customers 

Job Skills, Qualifications & Experience: 

• Basic knowledge of process engineering, operations of contract logistics. 
• Good understanding and network of contract logistics market in UAE.  
• Financial understanding of business. 
• Business and Data Analytics – Power Bi, Q-link 
• Diploma or Graduate in any field 
• Statistical Analysis
