Responsabilities:<p><br></p><ul><li> Manage operations regarding promocodes for marketing campaigns</li><li> Collaborate in the configuration and improvement of the pricing tools by creating new features and setting them up</li><li> Analyse promotions and campaigns effects, sales and pricing variations</li><li> Analyse sales data, benchmark data and cost data to help the team making the proper pricing decisions, ensuring both a correct price positioning and marginality</li><li> Collaborate in the definition of price formulas for NPIs with the support of Product Managers</li><li> Collaborate in the process of catalog pricing updates and maintenance for the companyโs brands and for intercompany business</li><li> With the support of the FP&A and procurement departments, implement the product cost formulas to improve marginality awareness and growth</li></ul><p><br></p>Requirements: <ul><li>ESSENTIAL:</li><ul><li>Degree in Economics, Mathematics or Statistics </li><li> Highly detail-oriented</li><li> Excellent analytics skills and advanced use of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, filters, complex formulas) and statistical tools</li><li> Mathematical mindset</li><li> Statistical knowledge to understand pricing elasticity effects</li><li> Excellent problem solving and time management skills</li><li>Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English language<br><br></li></ul></ul> <ul><li>PREFERRED:</li><ul><li>Experience in analysing large sets of data </li><li> Experience with implementation of new technological tools</li><li> Experience with BI tools</li><li> MySQL knowledge</li><li> C# language basic knowledge<br><br></li></ul></ul><p><br></p>Personal characteristics:<p><br></p><ul><li> Passion and curiosity towards digital marketing and ecommerce</li><li> Desire to learn and study new software and techniques</li><li> Excellent analytics skills</li><li> Pragmatic, dynamic and self-starter</li><li> Problem solving oriented<br><br></li></ul>
