<p>Responsible for developing system design &amp; estimation; assist in preparing commercial proposals, technical proposals &amp; provide technical clarifications for security and safety systems designs and solutions.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Develop engineered solutions that map customer business requirements to technology solutions.</li><li>Meet with potential clients prior to producing a solution in order to understand requirements.</li><li>Conduct site surveys to identify and design the security design requirements for a project.</li><li>Prepare Technical Proposal documents with design concepts, compliance statements, and technical submittal as required.</li><li>Participate in the sales bid process by responding to BOQ’s RFI’s &amp; RFPs.</li><li>Create internal design configuration documentation.</li><li>Engage with suppliers for solutions technical specifications and price quotations.</li><li>Prepare a clear, correct, and comprehensive BOQ based on project requirements.</li><li>Prepare the costing estimation sheets and Follow-up on costing approvals in coordination with the Sales responsible for delivering the costing sheet from other parties.</li><li>Respond to client and sales team inquiries on technical issues or clarifications.</li><li>Interact with project site engineers for coordination and design-related issues.</li><li>Update simultaneously the “Pre-Sales Log Sheet” once the job is complete or in case of a change of status.</li><li>Follow up with Sale Teams for the status of projects where it’s proposed from Design &amp; Estimation Engineer</li><li>Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct manager.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any related field</li><li>4 – 8 years of experience</li><li>Arabic – English</li><li>MS Office and any related software</li></ul>
