<strong>Job Description</strong><p><br></p>Prepare all required back up items needed on a shift, daily and weekly basis as per the Prep List. This would involve cooking, cutting and portioning of raw and pre-cooked meats and vegetables including sauces as per the Sumo standard recipes.<p><br></p><ul><li> Complies with standard recipe portion sizes and cooking methods to produce high quality Sumo menu items. </li><li> Carry out work under the guidance of food safety requirements as well as reporting to the kitchen supervisor and faulty equipment, pest infestation and other existing work hazards. </li><li> Maintains a clean and sanitary work station and good personal hygiene at all times. </li><li> Refer to the prep list provided by the Kitchen Supervisor to prepare all necessary back up items which includes raw and pre-cooked meats, vegetables and sauces. This also involves ordering and receiving stock food items following the prescribed guidelines from Sumo International. </li><li> Performs other related duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager or manager-on-duty.</li></ul>
