<p>Job Description:</p><p>We are seeking a dynamic and driven Pre-Sales Specialist to join our team, with a primary focus on fostering partnerships with resellers to promote and expand the reach of our Dynamics 365 solutions. As a Pre-Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by enabling resellers to effectively promote, sell, and implement our solutions to their clients.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Collaborate closely with our reseller partners, understanding their unique business objectives, and tailor our Dynamics 365 solutions to meet their specific needs.</p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Conduct product presentations and training sessions for resellers, enabling them to confidently position and demonstrate the value of our Dynamics 365 solutions to their customers.</p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Provide expert technical consultation and guidance to resellers during pre-sales activities, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of our solutions’ capabilities and benefits.</p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assist resellers in crafting compelling proposals, customizing solution offerings, and responding to RFPs to secure new business opportunities.</p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Collaborate with resellers during the entire sales cycle, attending joint sales meetings, providing technical insights, and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns.</p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Cultivate strong and trusting relationships with reseller partners, acting as a reliable point of contact for their queries and requirements.</p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments, and share this knowledge with resellers to enhance their competitive positioning.</p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of reseller partner activities, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to drive mutual growth.</p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align strategies and ensure reseller partners’ needs are met effectively.</p><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent practical experience.</p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proven 1-3 years of experience in pre-sales or solution consulting, with a focus on Dynamics 365 products.</p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 applications, such as Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, and more.</p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.</p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with reseller partners.</p><p>-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.</p><p>Join our team and become an instrumental part of our growth strategy, making a significant impact on businesses through our transformative Dynamics 365 solutions.</p><p><br></p><p><span>About BPS</span></p><p><span>BPS is an aggregator/distributor of technology cloud subscriptions and solutions.
