<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ol><li>As a Shopify product expert, provide detailed information and explanations to potential customers to drive sales.</li><li>Analyze customer needs & requirements and provide tailored solutions & recommendations based on business goals.</li><li>Prepare and present product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and features of Shopify platforms.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge on Shopify’s features, updates, and enhancements to provide accurate information to customers.</li><li>Collaborate with the sales team in creating a robust pipeline, providing technical insights into the sales process.</li><li>Support the RFP response process, proposal preparation, and other pre-sales documentation.</li></ol><p><strong>Requirements & Skills:</strong></p><ol><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, information technology, or a related field.</li><li>Prior experience in a pre-sales or sales role, preferably within eCommerce.</li><li>Deep understanding of the Shopify platform, competitors, features, and capabilities.</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to multi-task and manage multiple proposals.</li><li><span>Strong</span> technical <span>acumen,</span> problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into possible eCommerce solutions.</li><li>Knowledge of UI/UX, marketing tools, platform APIs, and Shopify Apps is a plus.</li><li>Keen understanding of the eCommerce industry and digital marketing strategies.</li></ol>
