<strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Assist in HR and Admin related Matters </li><li>Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts </li><li>Update internal databases with new information </li><li>Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies </li><li>Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics </li><li>Respond to employees’ questions about HR/Admin Matters </li><li>Prepare and submit PR reports </li><li>Manage PR issues </li><li>Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times </li><li>Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports and ensuring that everyone is kept current of necessary company news and information </li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Work insight as a HR and Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or comparative job </li><li>Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) </li><li>Essential information on work enactment </li><li>Authoritative abilities </li><li>Great verbal and composed relational abilities </li><li>BSc in Human Resources Management or related field </li><li>Proficient in MS Office and social media </li></ul> <strong>Please Note:</strong> this is a one-year contract renewable based on performance.<p><br></p>
