With more than 25 years of experience in the Saudi market, Madarat alKhaleej provides a wide range of consulting, project management and media programs to major companies and entities operating in the Kingdom in the public and private sectors, with a proven track record of success with some of the Kingdom’s most prominent brands.<br><br>As part of its growth and development plans in the Saudi vibrant market, Madarat AlKhaleej is now looking to hire a skilled business development manager who will contribute to developing ideas, expanding the agency’s business, stimulating its performance, and enhancing its capabilities and competitiveness.<br><br><br><br>Main tasks and responsibilities:<br><br>- Analyze the agency and the Saudi market, provide creative ideas and develop appropriate mechanisms for the development of the business.<br><br>- Identify favorable and potential opportunities in the market and develop adequate perceptions of how to invest them.<br><br>- Attract new and potential customers and develop the necessary marketing plans.<br><br>- Study the position and requirements of existing clients, provide ideas for the development of existing services and expand the investment opportunities of the agency to clients<br><br>- Clearly define strategic objectives and determine the procedures for development and business growth, and develop an achievement indicators (KPIs) to measure the strategic objectives of business development to be evaluated and reviewed with the management every quarter<br><br>- Lead and motivate the team, and provide the necessary ideas to develop operational performance and raise the efficiency of the team.<br><br>- Review and keep track of changes and trends in the Saudi market, and attend events that help expand the agency’s network of relations.<br><br>- Set an annual development budget and supervise its implementation to meet the strategic objectives of the Agency.<br><br>- Develop strong and reliable relationships with existing and potential clients and with external partners of the agency.<br><br><br><br><br><br>Required qualifications<br><br>- Appropriate academic qualification in business administration, public relations, media and communication or marketing.<br><br>- Strong skills in the field of customer relationship management, strategic consulting and marketing.<br><br>- Excellent understanding of the Saudi market, and a superior ability to study its trends, changes and opportunities<br><br>- Strong skills in media, corporate communication and marketing.<br><br>- Strong skills in building relationships with various institutional sectors.<br><br>- Strong skills in managing people, and stimulating human capabilities.<br><br>- Excellent problem-solving ability.<br><br>- Creative skills in business development, strategic planning and resource management.<br><br>- Flexibility in work and high commitment to completing tasks.
