<p><em>This job vacancy will remain open for 10 days only.</em></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Purpose </strong></p><p>Falcon and Associates is looking to hire an experienced PR and Communications Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of Falcon’s communications programmes, working closely with the Marketing team. You will be reporting into the CEO.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>This is an important role that requires specific experience. Please read the below carefully and apply only if you can demonstrate the relevant experience and skills required.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate with the verticals of the organisation to understand and lead their communications requirements</li><li>Develop a strategic and integrated PR and communications plan with a supporting framework</li><li>Develop, implement and measure KPIs related to the PR and communications plan in line with the various directorates, events and works streams, including developing the related KPIs</li><li>Lead the development and implementation of the media PR strategy that promotes the key messaging and overall mandate of the organisation</li><li>Leverage and expand an international media network</li><li>Develop PR and media campaigns, working closely with senior executives and external agencies</li><li>Create, plan and monitor overall budget and expenditure</li><li>Integrate all communications: align strategies and report ROI on a regular basis</li><li>Build and strengthen strategic media and communications partnerships with external partners and stakeholders</li><li>Leverage media investment to ensure efficiency and effectiveness</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Experience Required:</strong></p><ul><li>You will be to demonstrate a solid knowledge of the local and regional media market, including a strong network of connections within it</li><li>You will have worked abroad or in an international capacity for a global organisation based in the middle east</li><li>Experience with crisis communications</li><li>Extensive experience in working with international communications agencies</li><li>Extensive experience in providing strategic and operational advice to senior level executives on internal and external communication issues, including crises communications</li><li>Extensive international media network and experience in dealing with them</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Skills required:</strong></p><ul><li>A minimum of 7-10 years’ experience and significant success in a corporate communication environment across the private and public sectors</li><li>Bi-lingual, English and Arabic</li><li>Exemplar management, interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills</li><li>Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline such as Journalism, International Relations, Communications or related field</li></ul><p><br></p><p>NOTE: The questions in the application are mandatory for your profile to be considered.</p>
