At least 3 years experience in the field of Sales or Sales Management
Age: 26-40 years
Excellent communication and social skills;
Excellent presentation skills
A proven previous record of success with sales experience
Entrepreneurial spirit and a “can-do” attitude.
High Achievement Drive and goal/results oriented

Job description:

Recruit, Train and develop a team in the financial/ insurance Planning industry.
Provide Field support to team members on regular basis.
Performance management and mentoring of supervised consultants.
Grow a team of 6-10 consultants in Lebanon to ultimately become a branch head.
