You will evaluate solutions, costs, and competition and we encourage and reward you for initiating your own route to success<p><br></p><strong>With us, you will:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop and own the delivery of Post-pay CBU/EBU CVM strategy with full responsibility for EBU CVM Revenue (forecasting and tracking revenue, campaign value, churn)</li><li>Work closely with the High & Mid post-pay segment propositions manager to understand market dynamics and lead on how CVM can support upcoming promotions.</li><li>Work closely with SME & SOHO & Large account segment managers & sales managers to understand the market dynamics and lead on how CVM can support existing or upcoming promotions/problems/process</li><li>Guide the Analytics Team on defining the behavioral models in support of the CBU/EBU Post-pay CVM strategy along with reporting required for daily CVM operations.</li><li>Analyze the retention & value dynamics to provide the right offers at the right time with a clearly defined process to retain customers in base and maximize the potential revenue</li><li>Own the forecasting of CBU/EBU CVM revenue, retention volume, and expected churn for post-pay voice/mbb/fixed.</li><li>Liaise with the campaign team to build and optimize campaign execution, and new campaigns based on CBU/EBU CVM priorities (churn drop, cross-sell, up-sell, add-on sales, life cycle) and optimize campaign execution.</li><li>Performs related tasks consistent with skills and abilities and general responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Skills</strong><p><br></p><strong>Apply if you have:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Business/ Computer Science/ Analytics, MBA is a plus</li><li>8+ Years of relevant Marketing experience in Telecom.</li><li>5+ years of CVM/ CLM Experience</li><li>Telecom Product Experience a must</li><li>P&L accountability in current or past roles</li><li>Excellent communicator/presenter</li><li>Strong influencer</li></ul><p><br></p>Commitment<p><br></p>Vodafone is committed to attracting, developing and retaining the best people by offering a motivating and inclusive workplace in which talent is truly recognised, developed and rewarded.
