Post Production Coordinator – Remote

Our current search is for a Post Production Coordinator to work on entertainment content for social media.</p><p>Let’s take a look at what it takes to become a part of our team!</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What you will be responsible for:</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>End-to-end Post-Production </strong></p><p>- Tracking productivity and delivery monitoring Retention, Completion Rate, Volume, Quality,</p><p>- Reporting productivity issues to Performance Manager in case of issues,</p><p>- Assigning videos to a pool of editors dedicated to the portfolio,</p><p>- Overseeing the edit checks; publishing the videos at the right time to deliver the expected results,</p><p>- Tracking closely production workflow to ensure videos are produced on time to meet their publication schedules.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Retention</strong></p><p>- Aligning the retention target per creator with the Performance Manager,</p><p>- Analyzing all AB retention curves and scores and identifying opportunities for improvement,</p><p>- Reviewing AB Tests &amp; Select the best one,</p><p>- Pushing re-edits with very high-level expectations; with an always “the best we can do” mindset.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Continuous improvement and test &amp; learn</strong></p><p>- Brainstorming with the Performance Manager to design the content that would make our creators go bigger, assisting in writing taglines, or coordinating the QC of Taglines by the Tagline Expert,</p><p>- Testing ideas and their impacts on retention (new motion, different transition, new AB version, etc.)</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Animation of the external Community</strong></p><p>- Animating the pool of editors and checkers linked to his/her portfolio of creators,</p><p>- Responding to the editor and checker questions, especially on specific queries on videos, and also on the task staffing,</p><p>- Collaborating with BS, CC, and CM dedicated to the portfolio.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications we are looking for:</strong></p><p>- Having native-like <strong>French</strong> proficiency as well as at least C1 level <strong>English</strong>,</p><p>- Excellent oral and written communication skills,</p><p>- Bachelor’s degree in related areas (Animation, Film, Business Studies),</p><p>- Extensive understanding of the main social media platforms,</p><p>- Having excellent organization skills,</p><p>- Ability to take initiative,</p><p>- Good at time management and working under tight deadlines,</p><p>- Ability to adjust to various necessities and prioritize multiple tasks successively,</p><p>- Ability to work as part of a team,</p><p>- Eager to have fun while implementing intuitive ideas into the product!</p><p><br></p><p>We’re dedicated to making the best working environment possible for our people.
