We are looking for an exceptional Real Estate Portal Admin to join our expanding team and to manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the online portal or platform used by a real estate organization. Your responsibilities include maintaining the functionality, security, and user experience of the portal, ensuring that it meets the needs of agents, clients, and other stakeholders in the real estate industry. Your technical expertise, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the portal and optimizing its effectiveness for real estate transactions.<p><br></p>Key Responsibility:<p><br></p>Administer and maintain the real estate organization’s online portal, ensuring its availability, reliability, and performance.<p><br></p>Customize and configure the portal to align with the specific needs of the real estate business, including property listings, search functionality, and lead management features.<p><br></p>Manage property listings on the portal, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information, including property details, pricing, and availability.<p><br></p>Monitor and maintain portal performance, ensuring high availability and uptime.<p><br></p>Implement necessary updates and upgrades to keep the portal secure and up to date.<p><br></p>Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and users inquiries related to the portal.<p><br></p>Monitor portal performance and usage statistics, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing performance.<p><br></p>Monitor and maintain content quality and consistency across property listings, adhering to branding guidelines and industry standards.<p><br></p>Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure effective lead capture, management, and tracking within the portal.<p><br></p>Requirements:<p><br></p>Proven experience as a portal admin or similar role in the real estate industry.<p><br></p>Strong technical skills and proficiency in real estate portal administration.<p><br></p>Understanding of real estate transactions, property marketing, and lead management processes.<p><br></p>Strong organizational and time management skills.<p><br></p>Extensive familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and the ability to work comfortably with CRM and system software.<p><br></p>Able to learn new things rapidly and enthusiastic to do so.
