About the Client: 

A Dubai based international shipping vessel agency servicing Africa and Europe.

Job Description: 

 Coordinating with vessel operators, port authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and safe vessel operations.

 Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and procedures for port operations.

 Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of cargo movements, including bills of lading, cargo manifests, and customs declarations.

 Identifying and resolving issues related to cargo and vessel operations, including delays, damage, and other problems.

 Collaborating with other departments within the company, such as logistics, agency, and customer service teams, to ensure smooth and efficient cargo operations.

Salary:         up to 12K AED, all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Location:         Dubai, UAE

Qualifications: 

 Open to Eastern European, CIS and Nepali nationals

 20 to 40 years old

 Minimum 1 year experience from a vessel agency/ shipping or logistics company background

 Working in an international environment or multi nationals is preferred

 Must have good communication skills
