You will establish and optimize project processes, ensure on-time delivery, and drive effective communication within the construction team.<p><br></p><strong> Responsibilities:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>- Establish and lead the construction-focused PMO, aligning methodologies and tools.</li><li>- Oversee project governance, performance, and risk management.</li><li>- Implement process improvements for enhanced project efficiency.</li><li>- Collaborate with project managers to allocate resources effectively.</li><li>- Prepare project status reports and communicate with stakeholders.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong> Qualifications:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> 8 to 15 years of working experience </li><li> Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.</li><li> Proven PMO Manager experience in the construction industry.</li><li> Strong knowledge of construction project management methodologies.</li><li> Excellent leadership and communication skills.</li><li> Proficiency in project management tools and software.</li><li> PMP certification is a must.</li></ul><p><br></p>Powered by JazzHR<p><br></p>RjuPl7Dox4
