Overview / Responsibilities

Wood is currently recruiting for a PMC Senior Project Control Engineer with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. 

Job Specific Accountabilities

  • Manage the project planning and scheduling to monitor the progress of Ta’ziz Projects and to ensure completion of projects to the required schedule and cost
  • Develop an integrated schedule from individual projects schedules identifying key milestones
  • Monitor project progress and performance, support timely identification of potential risks and mitigation actions
  • Lead Project Risk management, ensuring regular update of the risk register at the project level
  • Consolidate individual project reports ensuring accuracy, completeness, transparency, and consistency of the reports

Skills / Qualifications

Minimum Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry
  • Experience working on Primavera (skill) and in Planisware (preferred)
  • Experience in all or at least one of the following fields: Upstream / Downstream in Projects, Operations Petrochemicals and Refinery
  • Relevant Professional certifications as per the role requirement from reputed international organizations
