<p>Job Title: Online Platform Manager</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Overview:</strong></p><p>We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Online Platform Manager to join our team. The Online Platform Manager will be responsible for managing and building multiple online platforms hosted on a Microsoft CMS backend. These platforms consist of database listings, blogs, and articles that require continuous updating, creation, deletion, and optimization. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the platforms’ dominance on Google index and ensuring a seamless user experience.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><u>Database Management:</u></p><ul><li>Manage the database listings on the online platforms, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.</li><li>Regularly update and maintain the database, including creating new listings, deleting outdated ones, and ensuring data integrity.</li><li>Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to gather information and ensure all listings meet quality standards and guidelines.</li></ul><p><u>Content Management:</u></p><ul><li>Oversee the creation, review, and publication of news publications, blogs and articles on the platforms.</li><li>Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and SEO-friendly content.</li><li>Conduct regular content audits to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure high-quality and relevant content.</li></ul><p><u>SEO Optimization:</u></p><ul><li>Monitor and analyze the platforms’ SEO performance, including keyword rankings, organic traffic, and backlink profiles.</li><li>Implement SEO best practices to maintain and improve the platforms’ visibility and dominance on Google index.</li><li>Conduct keyword research and implement on-page optimization strategies to enhance organic search rankings.</li></ul><p><u>User Experience &amp; Interface Enhancement:</u></p><ul><li>Continuously evaluate the platforms’ user experience and identify areas for improvement.</li><li>Optimize navigation, layout, and functionality to ensure an intuitive and user-friendly experience.</li><li>Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to implement enhancements and resolve any technical issues.</li></ul><p><u>Analytics and Reporting:</u></p><ul><li>Utilize web analytics tools to monitor platform performance, track key metrics, and generate insightful reports.</li><li>Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization based on data analysis.</li><li>Provide regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting performance metrics and recommendations for improvement.</li></ul><p><u>Platform Maintenance and Troubleshooting:</u></p><ul><li>Monitor the platforms for technical issues, errors, or bugs, and coordinate with the IT team to address and resolve them promptly.</li><li>Conduct regular platform updates, security checks, and backups to ensure smooth and secure operations.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest developments in Microsoft CMS and related technologies to leverage new features and functionalities..</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications and Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience in managing and building online platforms, preferably using Microsoft CMS.</li><li>Strong knowledge of database management principles and experience in working with large datasets.</li><li>Proficiency in content management systems, preferably Microsoft CMS.</li><li>Solid understanding of SEO best practices and experience in optimizing websites for search engines.</li><li>Familiarity with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track and analyze platform performance.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy and quality.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.</li><li>Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with content creators, designers, developers, and stakeholders.</li><li>Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts.</li><li>Experience in the education sector or related fields is a plus.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>If you are a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for managing and optimizing online platforms, we invite you to join our team as an Online Platform Manager.
