We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Plant Operator to join our dynamic team. The Plant Operator is primarily responsible for safely operating and maintaining plant machinery and equipment to ensure smooth, reliable operations. They will be a critical part of our team, ensuring we can maintain our reputation for high-quality production and service.

• Operate, monitor, and control part or the entire production process within a manufacturing or processing plant.
  
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
  
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and machinery problems to minimize downtime.
  
• Perform routine checks and maintain machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  
• Document operational activities, processes, and production outputs in line with company requirements.
  
• Work closely with the maintenance team to schedule and perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
  
• Train new operators and other plant staff to increase efficiency and quality of work.
  
• Adjust machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications, and in a timely manner.
  
• Assist in the implementation of plant improvement and expansion projects.
  
• Participate in safety, health, and environmental procedures.
