Planning & Performance Manager

Cairo / Operations – Commercial Operations / Full-Time / On-site We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Planning and Performance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate for this role is young, accomplished, and possesses a strong passion for utilizing data to drive strategic decisions. As a key member of Sylndr, you will be responsible for collaborating with management teams to develop short and medium-term strategies, while continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies.

What you will do!!

+ Collaborate with management teams to formulate short and medium-term strategies.
+ Innovate and propose process improvement initiatives, providing valuable insights and solutions to management.
+ Prepare comprehensive reports on operational performance, comparing against industry standards or best practices.
+ Strategize and execute growth plans aligned with business goals, identifying potential opportunities for advancement.
+ Implement and optimize new processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiencies.
+ Analyze data to identify operational trends and areas for improvement.
+ Foster effective coordination with various departments within Sylndr to ensure the successful implementation of initiatives.
+ Enhance monitoring, evaluation, and planning processes by developing relevant dashboards and engaging stakeholders.
+ Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to support the development of relevant business products.

Who you are!!

+ Have a Continuous improvement mindset with relevant experience in a high-energy company/startup.
+ 2-4 years of experience in a similar role or related field.
+ Technical proficiency in visualization tools and MS Office.
+ Prior experience in project management, excellence & optimization, growth & insights will be considered advantageous.
+ Strong data-driven approach with a focus on achieving results.
+ Excellent emotional intelligence and communication skills.
+ A growth mindset with the ability to adapt and be resourceful.
+ Curiosity and problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges.
+ Demonstrated critical thinking ability.
