Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist the project team in the development of milestone dates and the work program, considering contractual deadlines, procurement deadlines and construction constraints.
  • Plan and monitor progress, supplies, inspections, installation, etc.
  • Track project costs and analyze trends.
  • Effectively review, interpret, and update construction schedules.
  • Effectively analyze planning and project cost data, as well as deadlines to make projections, as well as identifying and participating in the development of solutions for problems.
  • Produce various progress monitoring reports and graphs.

Requirements
Education: Engineering degree, diploma, or be qualified by experience

Experience: 5+ years of experience

Language: English & Hindi is must

Other Requirement:

  • Have good computer skills and an excellent command of MS Project or Primavera Β·
  • The ability to quickly target problematic situations related to the schedule, determine the possible causes, and provide effective solutions to carry out the project Β·
  • A passion for creating, maintaining, and executing project schedules Β·
  • Passion for assigned work.

  • Ability to build strong relationship with other team members to deliver seamless service to clients.
