Planning Engineer (Saudi)

Job Description

<ul><li>Scheduling, updating, and monitoring the integrated master plan in addition to following up the interface milestones.</li><li> Reviewing contractor project baseline, recovery and updated schedules and coordinating with the company’s overall integrated schedule.</li><li> Prepares detailed work execution schedules on Primavera P6, with resource loading and activity weightage calculations based on the</li><li> Prepares 1 month look ahead schedule.</li><li> Attends and notes minutes of meetings with clients / consultants.</li><li> Performing risk analysis reports and maintaining a risk register.</li><li> Development of the project measurement systems (PMS)</li><li> Preparing weekly, biweekly, and monthly progress reports</li><li> Preparing, monitoring, and reviewing cash flows and manpower histograms.</li><li> Reviewing and analyzing Extension of time claims and variation order request extracted from XER files submitted by contractor.</li><li> Cost monitoring through earned value management (EVM)</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelors degree or higher in a related field. </li><li>1-2 years of work experience.</li><li>Fluent in English and Arabic both written and spoken.</li></ul>
