Description
Prepare realistic project schedule using appropriate too such as Primavera and MS project
Prepare competitive bids for new projects
Calculate Optimal Material requirement, Manpower Requirement for each stage of the project
Coordinate with the project manager and different departments to ensure good execution of the plan
Plan for the budget required for the project and monitor expenses as the project is executed
Create cash flow forecasts for each project
