<p>PLANNING ENGINEER QUALIFICATIONS &amp; JOB DESCRIPTION</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>QUALIFICATIONS</p><p> </p><p><br></p><p>As a high end luxury resident developer we are looking for a Planning Engineer to work with.</p><p>The qualifications for this position are;</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in architecture or civil engineering from reputable universities.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Minimum of 5 years of experience&nbsp;in&nbsp;construction planning especially on luxury hotel/high-class residential buildings and high-class retail and f&amp;b projects.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong skills in planning and organization. </p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Effective presentational and interpersonal skills are essential</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to communicate professionally with project stakeholders, architects, contractors, and vendors is essential.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Being proficient at working to tight deadlines and being able to prioritize tasks delegated by other team members.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Knowledge about innovation and trends both in and outside of the industry is a plus</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Knowledge of the contractors and vendors in the UAE construction market is a plus</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Working knowledge of Autocad, MS Office, Primavera, and MS Project applications</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>JOB DESCRIPTION</p><p> </p><p><br></p><p>Planning Engineer will work under Operation Manager and&nbsp;Construction Manager.</p><p>The job description for this position is;</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Responsible for developing a comprehensive project plan for the works, including timelines, milestones, and dependencies in coordination with Project Managers and Site Managers.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Communicate the works schedule to all stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and other team members, and ensure that everyone is aware of their responsibilities and deadlines</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Identify potential risks to the works schedule and develop mitigation plans to minimize their impact and inform all stakeholders.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Monitor the progress of the works against the schedule and identify any deviations or delays, periodically visit the site for taking progress measurements. Updating the overall schedule is needed in coordination with all stakeholders.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Provide regular reports on the progress of the works to the project team and stakeholders, including any deviations or delays from the schedule</p><p><br></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Facilitate operational manager and construction manager for vendor meetings for schedule delays, conduct weekly internal meetings &amp; present status reports</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Determine the MANPOWER resources required to complete the works</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Develop &amp; update a detailed schedule for the works, considering the availability of Direct resources, dependencies, and potential risks</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Track project budget, Cost, LPO’S &amp; invoices in coordination with Site Managers and Procurement Specialists.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Prepare cash flow in coordination with all stakeholders and update monthly in coordination with procurement specialists.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensuring material deliveries have been done according to the overall schedule and inform any deviation to all stakeholders. </p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Prepare weekly manpower of all subcontractors and early warn project managers and site managers.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
