Skilled in evaluating and forecasting the current status of a project against an established baseline schedule.</li><li>Proficiency in assessing the impact of design or construction changes and schedule slippages. Ability to analyze and manage the effects of changes on project schedules.</li><li>Strong communication skills to effectively report the status of the schedule to appropriate project and company management, as well as to the client. Ability to present complex schedule information in a clear and concise manner.</li><li>Familiarity with engineering, procurement, and construction terminology, concepts, and relationships. Understanding of how these elements influence project schedules.</li><li>Proficient in accumulating and analyzing historical data, such as performance experience, to maintain a realistic basis for future planning and forecasting. Ability to use data to identify trends and make informed projections.</li><li>Capability to supervise and provide performance reviews for lower-level Project Control Engineer/Specialists and/or support personnel. Strong leadership skills to guide and support the team.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple responsibilities associated with the position, including addressing unforeseen challenges and adapting to changing project requirements.</li><li>English proficiency required.</li><li>The ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing with all levels within the organization.</li></ul>
