This role is integral to our restaurant’s overall mission to provide excellent food and customer service.</p><p><span>Responsibilities</span>:</p><ol><li>Prepare pizzas according to our standard recipes and specifications</li><li>Operate and maintain cleanliness of pizza-making equipment</li><li>Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards</li><li>Assist in inventory management and ingredient ordering as needed</li><li>Work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment</li><li>Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional customer service</li></ol><p><span>Qualifications</span>:</p><ol><li>Proven experience as a Pizza Maker, preferably in a high-volume restaurant</li><li>Knowledge of hand-tossing pizza dough, an advantage</li><li>Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment and brick or stone oven</li><li>Ability to work cohesively with a team, as well as independently</li><li>Valid food handler’s certification or willingness to obtain</li><li>Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English</li><li>Physically capable of standing for long periods</li></ol><p>By joining our team, you’ll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your culinary skills will be appreciated and developed.
